Internal Training
GT adopt a comprehensive training model, including on-the-job training, class training, online training, long-distance training, etc. On-the-job training is one of the most important parts, including direct manager system, tutorial system, etc.
1. Direct manager system
Direct manager system means the direct manager will provide one-on-one training to his/her supervisees. For each employee, from the day when they first join the company, there will be a direct manager guiding them to work. This is a real business one-on-one training with rich contents.
2. Mentoring mechanism
Mentoring mechanism is a tutorial system. After the process of two-way choice, Mentor provides advice to the Mentee, listens to his/her confusion and distress as well as the difficulties, introduce him/her the company culture and the way to deal with detailed works, share work experiences, and constantly provides the advice and support to the Mantee.
2. Internal promotion system
Internal promotion system has become one of the most significant part of GT enterprise culture. It is the core of choosing and recruiting persons, and is an important source of our competitive advantage. GT employees’ growing sense of pride and ownership helps maintain our cohesion. Closely related to the internal promotion system is the job rotation system, namely the staff can change his/her job position after enough working years, continue to work in a different department or the different zones, i.e. the multinational rotational or cross-sectoral rotational system.
